Compliance & Accreditations

 

5K Design and Build is accredited within Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) having demonstrated compliance with, and sound management of, current Health and safety legislation.

 

All operatives within our company are holders of a valid CSCS card,

showing compliance with general heath and safety awareness.

 

Our supervisors have also completed the National Construction Skills

course holding a certificate of SSSSTS (Site Safety Plus Supervisors

safety Training Scheme - MT604).

 

All 5K Design and Build managers have also completed the National Construction Skills course and hold a certificate in SMSTS (Site

Management Safety Training Scheme for the Construction and Civil Engineering Industries - ST017).
